2.1 Transportation & Freight Services

We provide domestic and international freight solutions through trusted carriers. While we facilitate logistics, we are not liable for delays due to third-party carriers, customs issues, or uncontrollable external factors.

2.2 Inventory Management

We offer advanced inventory tracking, barcode scanning, and warehousing services. Clients are responsible for providing accurate stock data and must report discrepancies promptly. Inventory updates are available daily via our client portal.

2.3 Returns Management (Reverse Logistics)

We handle customer returns, including inspection, restocking, or disposal. Clients must clearly define return policies and processes. Return shipping and handling costs are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

2.4 Cross-Docking

Efficient cross-docking solutions are available to minimize storage needs. Clients must label incoming shipments accurately and schedule deliveries in advance. Improper or unscheduled shipments may incur delays and extra charges.

2.5 Kitting & Assembly

We offer custom bundling, labeling, and packaging. Instructions must be provided in writing. We are not liable for errors arising from unclear or incorrect directions. Clients are advised to approve a sample before mass processing.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All charges are based on our latest rate card or a custom quote.

  • Payment is due in full before shipment release unless credit terms are approved.

  • Overdue invoices (past 14 days) may result in service suspension and late fees.

4. Liability

Max 3PL is not liable for:

  • Damage, loss, or delays caused by third parties, customs, natural disasters, or inaccurate client information.

  • Insurance coverage is the client’s responsibility unless separately arranged and documented.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice.
