1. Service Scope
Max3PL agrees to provide account management services for eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and others per the selected plan (Premium, Executive, Elite). Services may include:

Marketplace account setup

Product listings & optimization
-
Inventory coordination
-
Customer communication (if applicable)
-
Advertising campaign support
-
Monthly performance reporting
Additional services outside your selected plan may incur extra charges with written consent.
2. Fees & Payments

Monthly fees are due in advance and are non-refundable once services begin.

Late payments may result in service interruption or termination.

Third-party fees (e.g., PPC, FBA shipping, platform fees) are the client’s responsibility.

Pricing is subject to change with 15-day prior written notice.
3. Term & Termination

Services are on a monthly subscription basis.

Either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice.

Upon termination, all pending dues must be cleared. Remaining work will be completed at Max3PL’s discretion.
4. Client Responsibilities

Provide necessary credentials (login access, brand authorization, product details).

Client remains the legal owner of seller accounts.

Max3PL is not liable for account suspensions due to prior violations or platform changes.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential and proprietary information. Max3PL will not misuse or disclose client data.
6. Results Disclaimer
Max3PL follows best practices but makes no guarantees of revenue, performance, or ranking due to the dynamic nature of online platforms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Max3PL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client in the past 30 days.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Government of Punjab.
9. Amendments
Max3PL reserves the right to amend these terms. Updates will be shared via email or the official website.
